Dashboard overview

Navigate the TrustData dashboard to monitor marketing performance, attribution, and traffic analytics.

The TrustData dashboard gives you a unified view of your marketing performance, attribution, and traffic analytics.

Overview (multi-client)

If you manage multiple clients, the overview page shows all your properties at a glance.

For each property, you'll see:

  • Name and industry
  • Health status (Healthy, Warning, Critical)
  • 30-day revenue with percentage change
  • Conversion count
  • Consent rate and adblock rate
  • Last sync timestamp

Actions:

  • Click on the name → Opens the Paid Acquisition page (marketing performance data)
  • Click on the health status → Opens the Alerting deep dive (tracking health details)
  • Search by name, filter by industry or status
  • Sort by revenue, conversions, health, or name
  • Export to CSV from the overview table

The dashboard sidebar is organized into sections:

Ads performance

Deep dive into ad campaign performance across all connected platforms:

  • Campaign-level metrics: cost, impressions, clicks, conversions, revenue, ROAS

View individual ad/creative performance:

  • Sort by cost, impressions, CTR, conversions, revenue, or ROAS
  • Search ads by name
  • Expand rows to view creative details
  • Paginated list (10 items per page)

Visits performance

Acquisition

Analyze traffic by channels and sources. Metrics include sessions, users, bounce rate, and percentage of new users.

Geographical

Break down traffic and performance by country and region.

Technological

Analyze performance by device type, browser, and operating system.

Conversions

View individual conversion records with:

  • Summary cards: total conversions, revenue, average order value
  • Expandable rows showing:
    • Touchpoints: full attribution journey for each conversion
    • Line items: products purchased
  • Filterable, sortable, and paginated table

Date range

All pages include a date picker. Select your analysis period using presets or a custom range.

Exporting data

CSV export

Export data directly from the overview table:

  1. Click the Export button on the overview page
  2. Download the CSV file

Cloud storage export (S3 / GCS)

Export your data to Amazon S3 or Google Cloud Storage for use in your own data warehouse or BI tools.

Supported providers:

  • Amazon S3
  • Google Cloud Storage (GCS)

Setup:

  1. Go to SettingsExports
  2. Select your cloud provider (S3 or GCS)
  3. Enter your bucket credentials (name, region, path prefix)
  4. Choose the tables to export (data mart tables, optionally raw events for Enterprise plans)
  5. Select the export format: Parquet, CSV, or JSON
  6. Optionally enable date partitioning for incremental loads
  7. Save and test the connection

Scheduling:

  • Exports run daily after data transforms complete
  • You can also trigger a manual export at any time
  • Each export run tracks status, rows exported, bytes transferred, and errors

Credentials are encrypted and never stored in plaintext.
