Alerts

TrustData monitors tracking health and enables critical alerts by default.

TrustData monitors your tracking health and alerts you when something needs attention. Critical alerts are on by default. No setup is needed.

Default alerts

When you create an attribution ID, these alerts are enabled automatically:

Best practices

1. Check health status regularly

Check the overview page regularly. Green across the board means your data is flowing correctly.

2. Act on critical alerts immediately

A critical alert means data loss is in progress. Fix it before anything else.

3. Review alert history monthly

Look for patterns:

  • Which alerts trigger frequently?
  • Do specific data sources fail repeatedly?
  • How long do alerts take to resolve?

4. Tune thresholds based on your data

If you get too many false positives, loosen the thresholds. If you miss real issues, tighten them.
